Out on the town...

If you have been reading this blog....which of course we proved NO ONE DOES....
(see Wed Feb 7th entry) you will know that we as a band like to go out on the town every couple months for a band "outing". You probably remember our "reviews" of the Deep Purple concert we went to, the Queen concert and more recently the Alice Cooper concert.... We are proud to announce the next band outing in advance -

It's general admission so if you want to sip a cold one with us come on out for $22
It's a work night so we have to contain our enthusiasm at least a bit.........riiiiiiiiiight !!

These guys are about as close as you can get to sounding like "classic rock" but in the 21st century which fits our "classic rock mentality" !!!!

Their debut CD has a song called "Woman" that just won a Grammy in the BEST HARD ROCK PERFORMANCE category !!

If you were going to be stranded on a desert island for the rest of your life and could only take 20 CD's with you......hmmm this one might make the cut....but that is a blog for another day.

Too bad for Pete having to miss this one as he will be spending quality time with Dawn sipping Pina Colada's and working on the Coppertone tan somewhere in Jamaica or was that Mexico ???
Not to worry ! We have recruited Lonzo's buddy HBP III to come out with us that night to fill Pete's shoes !
